Return Policies:

For items that are not customized or personalized returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization number).

Customized items must be paid for in full prior to being created. There is a $5 cancellation charge for customized orders the remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

Personalized items must be paid for in full prior to being created. No refunds will be allowed for personalized orders.
